The hill that almost killed me
Did I happen to mention I have “exercise induced asthma”?
Right out of the starting gate we hit a monster hill. By the time I
reached the top of the damned thing I couldn’t breathe, my heart was
pounding 1000 miles an hour and I thought I was gonna die. Literally.
And right after the first monster was another one.
So I pulled off the side of the road and slowly concentrated on not
dying. It worked. I then loaded all of those self taught how to
breathe lessons in my head and the rest of the day was fine.
